If you’re here, you’re probably exhausted.

Maybe you’ve struggled for months – or years – with interrupted sleep. Depending on who you ask or what books you read, you’re likely to hear different answers on how to get your little one to sleep through the night. Now, on top of being sleep deprived, you’re being inundated with a hundred different options on how to solve the issues. You might have even tried some of them, only to throw up your hands in frustration when things don’t get any better. What gives!? The answer is actually quite simple…sleep solutions are not one-size-fits-all.

I want to assure you, you’ve come to the right place. It is my goal to help exhausted parents worldwide get their little ones sleeping through the night and taking restorative daytime naps so that everyone in the family can get the rest they need. I will go beyond what you’ve read in books or on blogs to help to make sense of this whole “sleep thing.” You’ll receive expert knowledge about sleep from the most up-to-date research, an individualized sleep plan tailored to meet your child’s developmental stage and the needs of your family, and extensive follow-up support to ensure you are able to work the plan in your day-to-day lives.

Armed with a customized plan and me as your sleep guide, sleepless nights are about to become a thing of the past!

Oh Baby wants to arm every parent with as much knowledge, wisdom, and support as possible to empower them to feel confident in their parenting. Because as much as we want to figure it all out on our own, it’s ok to ask for help. Just like you hire an accountant to do your taxes, a personal trainer to help you reach your fitness goals, or a mechanic to fix your car, hiring a sleep expert to help your baby sleep through the night will give you the time (and energy) you need to focus on what matters most. Because we know that it takes a village…and no one has to parent alone.
